1284) Fixed code in XPLDFCD for 2d splines - it was converting EParm = # nodes,
      correct for non-closed curve is nNodes-1.

1285) AutoSave prompt dialog "Disable AutoSave button was not working.

1286) Implemented a primitive form of CARD entity.

1287) Revised TSPECJ,TSPECS,TSPECB,TSPECP,TSPECS,TSPECA and TSPECH commands
      so they apply to the current text style - they always applied to style
      0 (individual) before.

1288) FCW import of linear dimensions converted horz center position to
      horiz-center(auto-right), which placed text to the right if it did not fit.
      Now it is converted as always center, in line with v6 practice.

1289) Fixed a bug with sheets: hide all but current, add entity to sheet,
      undo, sel common, add ent, sel 1st sheet, undone entity was again
      visible. DLMarkUndo scan needed DLS_HSHTOK to pure hidden sheet entities.
