Why Must Every Document Have The Same User Interface?
index.html

They don't. Not when documents can contain active objects. You can design your documents with buttons, controls, their own toolbars if desired. There is no limit. A document might be a process control panel. It might be a training guide. By creating objects within your drawing that perform whatever actions you wish, and only those actions, you can make a document into a working environment.

The image at the left shows an early version of our quickstart tutorial. It is just a CollectedThought™ active document, easily edited or changed interactively. It steps through several pages that each illustrate a set of features and techniques using CollectedThought™.

The document not only has navigation buttons and its own toolbar, but different pages have live content - exercises that direct the user to try different steps and let them see the results live.
